+ Flavored Queen coming up in “Reina Internacional del Café” 2014

Manizales, Colombia // On January 11, 2014, in Manizales, Colombia, the first international queen will be crowned during the “Reinado Internacional del Café 2014 . The Reinado Internacional del Café (International Queen of Coffee) pageant, was internationally launched as the Reinado Continental del Café (Continental Queen of Coffee) in 1957, and the name was changed to the current one in 1972 in order to allow for the participation of countries from America and other continents.

The pageant has always been held in Manizales, Colombia, since start every January during the Feria de Manizales, and is organized by Instituto de Cultura y Turismo de Manizales annually. More than 20 contestants participate every year. The current titleholder is Ivanna Vale, from Venezuela. In 2015, the G!EMPIRE have been approached to provide with the first ambassador of Curaçao in competing for the international title (Reina Internacional del Cafe) in Manizales. So we are following each detail and steps of the pageant, to learn and conduct this way a flavored, poised and prepared delegate for the pageant next year.

Boosting the touristic industry of Manizales, the international coffee pageant is part of the Feria de Manizales, and promotes through the international beauty of women the export and import of coffee as flagship of their nation.

Reina Internacional del Cafe - 2014 - 007

Twenty-four ambassadors from around the world have been officially presented to several emerging pre-activities, and on Saturday January 11 the name of the new International Queen of Coffee 2014 will be known. In the number of commitments and events, the twenty four ambassadors have already been awarded with some prizes such as:

Miss Congeniality was given to Stefani Palma of El Salvador; the Best Face to the stunning host ambassador of Colombia, Estefanía Muñoz; Best Hair to Miss Paraguay – Noelia Díaz; Best Legs for Miss Brazil – Priscila Durand; and the 2014 Queen of Carabineros was awarded by the School of Carabineros to Miss Uruguay, Antonella Rodríguez with the top five consisting of Miss Brazil – Priscila Durand, Miss Colombia – Estefania Muñoz Jaramillo, Miss Costa Rica – Brenda Muñoz and Miss Paraguay – Noelia Díaz.
