ORANJESTAD, ARUBA – Friday August 8th, the Miss Aruba season officially launched at the Grand Ballroom of Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris® Casino.

The Miss Aruba 2014 pageant counts with five competitive delegates ready to assume the roles as the Miss Universe Aruba 2014 and Miss World Aruba 2014 on the final election night August 22, 2014.

During the first official event Miss Joitza Henriquez whipped with two distinctions, the MISS ARUBA SWIMWEAR 2014 and the MISS ARUBA PRESS 2014.

While Miss Aranxta Vieira Alves took the title of MISS ARUBA ELEGANCE 2014.

The other delegates are Digene Zimmerman (another strong favorite for the coveted crown), Brigitte Boekhoudt and Thais Werleman.

Aruba’s stellar designer Gigliola Gomez had the task to design beautiful swimwear and gowns for the delegates during the event. For illustrations sneak in the following slideshow.
