The current Miss Earth Alyz Henrich had a very busy week in Colombia during August 26 to 30, 2014. Alyz was all-a-round with tree planting, environmental speeches, charity visits, official meetings and tours among her scheduled activities leading to the coronation of the 2014 Miss Earth Colombia in the City of Armenia, capital of the Quindío Department.

Armenia is often referred to as “Ciudad Milagro” (Miracle City) due to its fast urban growth and development with its main trade based on the production of coffee, plantains, and bananas.
